The Challenge

AsBuilt's client was tasked with planning and executing equipment upgrades for 2 baghouses. The baghouses and associated equipment had been in service for over 20 years with undocumented changes to the arrangement. The client did not have accurate drawings or 3D models for project planning orexecution.

The Solution

AsBuilt was contracted for Laser Scanning and 3D Modeling of 2 Baghouses. AsBuilt will laser scan the subject areas between the fans and baghouses incorporating all structural, equipment and utility details.  The scanning captured the baghouses, fans housing, ducts, structures, platforms, stairs, ladders, piping, and other equipment in the subject area.
